We have started doing more work with organisations who are interested in using a Theory of Change framework to help them develop their services, and design appropriate evaluation plans to learn lessons from planning, doing and reviewing. One example of this is working with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.

100 people: Evaluation of Employment Support

We were asked to evaluate the Centre for Mental Health’s IAPT (Improved Access to Psychological Support) employment project in London. We worked with a peer researcher to collect data to understand the impact of specialist employment support provided through job centre plus and people first. read what we found here:

My Support Broker, Evaluation

Funded by NESTA, My Support Broker asked us to evaluate a peer brokerage model that developed personalised support plans with clients. We worked with two peer researchers and had to change our approach during the evaluation. Our story and what we found is provided in the reports below:
