Our complaints process

Do you have a complaint about the way we work?

  • Speak to a member of staff, who will try to resolve your complaint
  • If you do not feel comfortable talking to a member of staff, or if that has not helped with your complaint, then you should make a formal complaint in writing (email
  • A senior manager who is not connected to your complaint will investigate and write to you with the outcome
  • If you are not happy with the result then you should appeal in writing to our board of trustees. This is the final stage of our complaints process and they will write to you to tell you the outcome.
