I’m a Lived Experience Researcher and have completed a Research Fellowship funded by the NIHR. My current project is about Human and Disability Rights issues in mental health and social justice issues are my passion. I am deeply committed to lived experience research and its power to improve and transform mental health research.

I have been involved in Lived Experience Research for many years. I have worked on an evaluation of a social enterprise and a project on digital exclusion. The piece of work I am most proud of was leading a research project about dual diagnosis which led to significant service improvements in the local area.
