As Senior Youth Involvement in Research Manager, my role is to manage the programme of youth involvement that we do at McPin. This includes our Young People’s Advisory Groups and Young People’s Network. I am really passionate about collaborative working and unpacking the key ingredients needed to do this effectively and meaningfully.

I work from a lived experience perspective of mental health issues, including social anxiety, OCD and PMDD, and having accessed mental health services both as a young person and in adulthood.
I am very passionate about applying this expertise in my work to support others to thrive and develop. This includes facilitating accessible and supportive spaces for lived experience contributors and working from a peer perspective. I have worked with children and young people for over ten years in support and clinical settings.
