Why are we asking for all this information? We would like to mention why we are asking for certain information on demographics. In current and previous projects, we have found that there are great programmes serving people from backgrounds which are commonly underserved. We want to ensure that we have a network that is inclusive and diverse, and to ensure we have lived experience advisors who reflect this.
Sometimes after talking about topics like mental health, people feel they need a little extra support or someone to chat to.
