Remit of the group
This LEAP is an advisory group for a research project aiming to develop a new intervention for people hospitalised against their will. The intervention will explore patient involvement in decisions in order to improve initial experience of treatment and facilitate longer-term health benefits for patients. We are planning 3 meetings of the LEAP, to take place at Newham Centre for Mental Health. The meetings will happen in May 2016, June 2016 & March 2017.
Frequency of meetings
Three LEAP meetings are planned for May 2016, June 2016 & March 2017
Who can consult the group?
The group meets and members are paid to support work on the Study exclusively. But other opportunities for paid involvement could be circulated to group members.
