Remit of the group
New Hope is a service user-led group. Our main aim is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and to be involved in improving mental health services.
We also get involved in mental health research. Our two main projects to date include:
Bridging the Gap – this underpins the mental health strategy in Bath and NE Somerset.
What Works for Peer-Led Groups? This is our current research project and is a collaboration between the University of the West of England, Sirona and Creativity Works.
